Deidre Jacobson received her MSW Degree and BSW Degree with a minor in Aging Studies from Eastern Washington University.

She is employed by Care Connection, a geriatric care management company providing comprehensive assessments, care plan preparation and care monitoring, client advocacy, counseling, group facilitation, and community education.

Deidre facilitates Writing for Growth groups at the Women's Drop In Center.

She is a writer for the Fig Tree (a monthly newspaper covering faith in the Inland Northwest.)

She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
